Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilli22 ("jilli22," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://jilli22.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the jilli22 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, payment services, and any other services offered by jilli22.

• You are not accessing jilli22 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilli22 or had your account suspended or terminated for cause.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jilli22, you are required to create a registered player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on jilli22. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilli22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jilli22 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or phone.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilli22 immediately via the support channels listed on this website. jilli22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any interests therein to any other person.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilli22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilli22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the jilli22 Cashier section and are subject to change. Players will be notified of any material changes to minimum transaction limits.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. jilli22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Fees: jilli22 does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which jilli22 accepts no liability.
• Declined Transactions: jilli22 reserves the right to decline any transaction it deems suspicious or in breach of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.

Bonuses and Promotions

jilli22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilli22 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only certain games may contribute to the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Exploitation of bonuses through systematic, advantage-play strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a serious breach of these Terms.
• jilli22 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by a player.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the platform utilize certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently verified for fairness. By participating in any game on jilli22, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• jilli22 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that it determines, in good faith, was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or under circumstances that constitute an unfair advantage.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilli22 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Players found engaging in any prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be subject to reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical device to interact with jilli22 games or systems without authorization.
• Any form of money laundering, using jilli22 as a vehicle to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jilli22 staff through any communication channel.
• Using jilli22 in any way that violates any applicable Philippine national or local law, regulation, ordinance, or PAGCOR directive.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any jilli22 software, system, or network infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any unlawful, harmful, obscene, or defamatory content through any jilli22 communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jilli22 platform — including but not limited to the jilli22 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of jilli22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilli22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jilli22 content without prior written authorization from jilli22.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli22, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jilli22 platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jilli22 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from platform unavailability or technical faults.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Financial losses arising from your personal gambling decisions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilli22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

Privacy and Data Protection

jilli22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on jilli22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering compliance, player support, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR.

jilli22 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Account Termination and Suspension

jilli22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Compliance with a directive from PAGCOR or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is ineligible to use jilli22 (e.g., underage or previously self-excluded).

Where a player account is closed by jilli22 for cause, jilli22 will provide written notification to the registered email address. Any legitimate account balance remaining after the resolution of any outstanding investigations, bonus obligations, and compliance reviews will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting jilli22 customer support. All pending bonus wagering requirements must be resolved before a voluntary account closure is finalized.

Amendments to These Terms

jilli22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilli22 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on file.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of jilli22 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jilli22 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date shown at the top of this page, shall prevail over all prior versions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of jilli22, or any transaction on the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jilli22's customer support channels.

If amicable resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism, at jilli22's election. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any unresolved dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilli22 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
